Ballett Kiel - director: Yaroslav Ivanenko - is looking for one professional male dancer (full contract) and one female guest dancer from Northern Germany for the season 2017/2018. Male dancer must be at least 1.80m. Strong classical technique as well as contemporary technique and improvisation skills required. Professional experience preferred. Please prepare one classical and one contemporary variation. Applicants must have strong classical and contemporary technique. The auditions will take place in Bordeaux from 3 July 2017. Hofesh Shechter Company are auditioning for eight paid apprentice dancers between the ages of 18 and 25 for its apprentice programme, Shechter II.  All auditions will be held in London – UK based dancers will be auditioned on 25 August 2017 and internationally based dancers on 26 August 2017. All dancers should make themselves available to attend the recall audition, if requested, on 27 August 2017. The Shechter II programme runs from January – November 2018, with contracts beginning on 2 January 2018. Apprentices will receive a salary of £250 per week and, when on tour outside of London, accommodation, a nominal per diem and all travel expenses in addition to the basic salary. Audition to recruit dancers for the corps de ballet, temporary and permanent contracts, will be held on 6 July 2017 at the Palais Garnier in Paris. The audition is open to candidates who are between the ages of 16 and 26 on the date of registration. All applications will be processed and a shortlist of successful candidates will be prepared.
